Prepare social content for review without automating publication

Use a controlled workflow to assemble platform-ready drafts while retaining factual review, brand review, and publishing approval.

Treat approved facts as the source of truth

Create a short fact pack with approved claims, prohibited claims, audience, channel, time sensitivity, and the asset rights record. The prompt is a transformation instruction, not the source of truth.

This prevents an attractive draft from becoming an untraceable promise.

Create media derivatives explicitly

Use a media tool with named dimensions, crop behavior, format, and quality. Keep the original asset and transformation receipt alongside the derivative so a reviewer knows exactly what changed.

Do not ask a workflow to guess image rights, consent, or accessibility requirements.

Separate drafting from approval

A writing step can create several drafts from the approved fact pack. A reviewer checks accuracy, tone, disclosure, accessibility text, and channel fit before anything is scheduled or published.

Publishing should be a separately authorized action with its own destination and credential policy.

Learn from corrections

Track why drafts are edited or rejected: missing context, risky claims, weak hook, inaccessible media, or poor channel fit. Turn repeat corrections into explicit rules, not invisible prompt folklore.

That is how a workflow becomes faster without becoming less accountable.
